Awaiting package for weeks now

Been waiting on a package from Bath and Body. It says the package was received at their transit unit in Chattanooga Tn, Nov 11,2020. Today is Nov 19 and nothing has changed and still no package. The transit unit is literally 55 miles from the town I live in! Pissed is to say the least. User's recommendation: Hope you’re not wanting fast delivery.
