Awaiting Closed Account (Vehicle Total Loss) Refund for Overpayment

My vehicle was a total loss 2/16/2021. My regular auto (Progressive) insurance sent a check on 2/24/2021, and the 3rd party GAP insurance (purchased at vehicle sale) sent a check that was received by KMF on 4/1/2021. Both checks were sent directly to KMF, which kept my account current, then paid it off with an overage of 4283.39. Upon final payment posting, I requested and received a letter via USPS stating my account was satisfied and paid in full. I also requested info on the refund of my account overage, which I still have yet to be refunded. Each call I am told the rep will email the processing dept, and a supervisor will be notified, but I still haven't received my money or a call back from a supervisor. User's recommendation: Choose another company to finance with if you value your money.
