Avoid using Professays

If you're considering using these services, I advise avoiding Writer no. 85723 due to their unpleasant, insulting and vindictive manner. This person takes the attitude that they are doing you a huge favour, and complains if the piece of work is lengthy, even though of course you are paying a great deal for that number of pages, and s/he generally treats the client with contempt. When I wrote, saying that I expect to be treated with manners – the writer said that I wasn’t professional and that I had mental health issues!!! Any staff can read what s/he wrote to me, but this person apparently didn’t care. It's bizarre as well as very aggravating. I booked for editing services for a professional piece of writing, by the way, so if he or she doesn't agree with students using these services, that wasn't even applicable here. Put Writer no. 85723 on your banned list (as s/he actually requested I do, believe it or not), because I recommend that you don't put yourself in a position to be insulted, and more importantly, waste your valuable time. The time I've spent on the whole incident, then battling for a refund, I could have done a good portion of the work in question. By the way, s/he actually told me to go ahead and post what I liked about this event because s/he would never apologize to me. So, that’s what I’m doing. If I were a member of management of this company, I’d have a chat with this person given that they expressed in an email to me the client, (that management can view), that they don’t care whether their actions damage the company’s reputation or not. An additional point is that you pay upfront so if the work isn’t up to the standard you want – and usually it isn’t though it's not as dreadful as Edubirdie – they will only offer revisions. Even if the writer hasn’t started work and if a writer hasn’t yet been assigned, it’s tricky getting a refund. I advise using PayPal so that they can help but be prepared to waste a lot of time on emails to Prof essays and then to PayPal to explain the situation again; and you have to wait three weeks at least, if you want PP to conduct a reverse charge.
