Avoid until they get serious about taking action for those bad apples.

I sold my home in several years back. I've never had any problems with another realtor and I've owned a bunch of houses. I understand that a company has to balance between produced revenue and other factors. However, they need to be serious in taking actions, otherwise it will end up like this. The short of the story is that I was put through tons of extra work for an average price at best and was lied to multiple times. About two thirds of the showings I'd come home (and in some cases away) to see the french doors of my bedroom unlocked. I avoided giving them a key to get some of the more valuable stuff out before this happened. Within four days (and while I was away), the basement was flooded. Neighbors.described what was the realtor's admin person leaving (and alone in home) at the end of a day (was told she would be flushing toilets to avoid a ring - not a big deal as it would be removed as soon as I got home and the plumber indicated the flush *** was forced the wrong way and then someone left). Refused to be responsible for damage. Told the insurance estimator they couldn't meet them at the home for liability reasons (when I was strapped doing other things). The realtor denied that happened multiple times but I spoke directly via phone to the insurance adjuster who just wanted to measure to get a reimbursement to me for the carpet destroyed. When I met the insurance adjuster in person, she confirmed she spoke directly to the realtor and was told that story about them not being able to be there for liability purposes (after I was assured before the listing and when I held back a key - about being licensed, insured and bonded - but I guess not responsible). When I pressed the realtor after this, she then admitted to not speaking to the insurance directly (a change from no one at her company talked to them), which I already knew wasn't true. The insurance adjuster wasn't even there 5 minutes (just measured for the carpet estimate). There were also issues with the buyer missing dates to do things and it was obvious all they care about was the commission. Since I had legal contacts and just wanted to be done with them (already moved about 900 miles away), they kept annoying me and I gave them the name of the attorney and told them to deal with him. They just didn't get it. They were so full of themselves all they could think of was the buyer bothering me. Finally blocked their subsequent text and emails. I still can't believe that anyone that poor as a professional with not the greatest integrity (being kind) was so full of themselves image wise or thought was that stupid.
