AD sold me a substandard antenna that did not work as well as the $29 one I wanted to replace. They promise a 100% refund on their products, but then claim they did not receive the return. I had tracking proof from the post office but was not careful to save it, and because I could not prove that it was returned, AD got away with an $89 ripoff.
