Avoid this one at all costs

Placed order on Nov. 2nd, sent e-mail on Nov. 10th asking why status was still pending when they received my money on the 2nd through paypal, just called them and the product is not in stock. I asked them to cancel my order and the lady said she will send me a confirmation for the cancellation. We'll see how that goes, but most importantly, when I get my money back..!
