Avoid this “luxury” travel agent at all cost

We unfortunately booked a "luxury" villa with this company in Sicily. The villa proofed to be no luxury at all. Jacuzzi broken, air condition worked only partially, 3 out 4 fitness equipments didnot work, bed of cheapest ikea quality, cleaning service inacceptable and on average only 2 instead of 4 booked and paid hours, window blinds didnot close, generally no luxury at all. Customer Relations didnot fix any of the issues although we reported them frequently and not show up at the villa once. We had prepaid the villa and I demanded a refund for the quality issues. The company offered us a 15% discount on the next booking. After we sent a letter again requesting a refund by our lawyer the company denied everything and raised that we had actually broken the whirlpool and caused a damage of 9.000 Euros. A plain lie brought up only after we wanted money back. And they refered to a clause to their General Terms and Conditions for Bookings on their website (which was not there at the time of the booking) in which they state that you can sue them in Palermo only.
