Avoid this hotel
Arriving at 3:30AM, so called ahead to pre-pay. The hotel hung up on me without a word THREE TIMES in a row. Called 1-800-BUD-HOST and have been left on hold for 10 minutes. If service is so bad that it interferes with the hotel's ability to accept payment, someone should be fired. I've decided to keep my reservation even if I am ignored until check-in so I can inspect the hotel facility itself and post photos with the umpteen additional negative reviews that I will be leaving. 18 minutes on hold now, and still ignored. If you haven't already booked this hotel, DON'T!
