I ordered appliances from Costco and they used Innovel to deliver the items. When the appointment was scheduled, I was told that the dryer would be hooked up to the gas. The instructions Innovel sent me indicated it would be. When the delivery team dropped off the appliances, they said someone was on their way to hook it up. After waiting over an hour, I called Innovel and they said they did reach out to several people, but no one would travel to my home to do it. Had they told me that ahead of time, I would have arranged to get someone myself! Now I'm stuck finding someone and paying for it, while the machines sit in my mud room blocking the doorway! Terrible customer service IMO1
