They changed the terms of service to be a monthly subscription in May/June but I never received notice. I cancelled service 9 or 10 days after my billing cycle started expecting they’d prorate it but no, now you have to pay the full amount since it is a monthly “subscription”. They also changed their policy on credits, they will only credit you actual time your service was down, not a flat $10 or they will credit you a days worth of service which ends up being $2.17 with my current bill. $2.17 for 40-50 minutes? Of course it’s not worth it to call which is the exact point of their policy. Crap company, they wouldn’t exist except for a monopoly of services in my area. Call it Spectrum or call it Charter, it’s a garbage company no matter what you call it. I now have to pay $65 for 9 days.
