I paid 40.$ Cash for a battery for Verizon's equipment. I was told that my refund would be in the form of a check 3 to 5 business days. Thirteen Days later,NO Check!! It is obvious that paying cash is an issue, and waiting for a cash purchase IS NOT return is not!! I work hard for my money and for them to hold it that unacceptable!!! Don't go to the Jefferson Ave location!!!
