Avoid SWA Vacation Pkgs!

I understand mechanical issues. Lost half a day. To top it off we arrived at the Flamingo and waited in line for two hours to check it. We booked a "fab" room with strip view 4 months ago! The desk clerk said that they were gone and we were downgraded. Of course we had PAID for the strip view. She didn't really seem to care and said, Not much price difference"! It was the worst room I think we've ever stayed in. Mold in shower, no coffee pot, no ice on our floor. We overlooked a bunch of AC UNITS. There was drilling upstairs unti --- No receipt was available that showed anything important bc the Flamingo said they had nothing to do with SWA VACATION PACKAGES!! Sooo, pretty sure we paid 3xs the walk in rate for a terrible room that was a downgrade. Don't believe pictures. In SWA vacations you are guaranteed a room, but not the one you pay for in advance.
