I booked with this clinic and then found this site. After reading all of the horrendous reviews I decided not to go ahead. Being treated by a clinic whose owner is accused of pretending to be a Doctor was not an option for me. I thought they might just be rumours but I decided better to be safe than sorry. I contacted the clinic and expressed my concerns and the response I received has led me to believe that all of these reviews are true. The other reviews talk about Ffyona McKeating being rude, money orientated, unsympathetic towards patients with post-op complications etc etc etc the list goes on. This clinic flat refused to return my deposit stating that this site is fake and they do not refund based on fake reviews. I did not feel comfortable proceeding and instead of understanding that, they chose to shut me down and keep the money. I'm so glad I didn't go ahead because I now know how little they value the actual patient - the reviews on here about them not helping patients who have post-op problems, refusing to fix bad results, refusing to take blame for bad results, keeping deposits, being rude, blocking negative reviews on instagram, shutting down facebook so that negative reviews can't be posted all make sense now. The money I lost was well worth the lesson learned about this company.
