Terrible location 6900 W 73rd St, Bedford Park, IL 60638! I had my replacement device from Asurion send here for pickup because I had work and didn't want the stress of worrying about someone stealing my package or missing the UPS driver altogether. Who would've known that would've been easier than coming to shop. I come here with my ID and a piece of mail because I have an out of state license. After looking at my documents the lady said I need proof of purchase since it's a high value item. Okay, so I was luckily with someone had to log in my email and show the confirmation email from Asurion with tracking. I go back in and the next lady assisting me, because the original girl walked off and was talking on the phone, asked if the other lady saw my piece of mail the girl told her yeah she's good. So, now the lady says it's because I have an out of state license she needs to make a copy. Okay but why wasn't I told that before. So here comes an older black lady, because she knows we know how to do our job... Okay but I left the mail in the car while I was trying to get in my email so now yall want me to go back out for yall to see the exact same thing again and make a copy?! I say is there ANYTHING ELSE yall need before I go out, they said no. Guess what? When I came back in they looked at it and said I was good, didn't even make a copy. They just made a simple pickup harder then it needed to be and lied to me. I'll never have my stuff picked up here again. If that means I have to drive farther for quality service I will. It was 3 women, an old Caucasian lady, an old black lady and a young Hispanic girl. Not helpful at all.
