SMC coach hire are agents they do not own any buses. They will pass your booking to a bus owner and earn their commission. It depends on your luck if you get a good or bad coach, SMC Coach hire have no control on how the bus owner treats with passenger and what bus they provide. Booked a community group to Cleethorpes beach and hired a 72 seater bus on luxury coach price, SMC coach sent an unmarked rotten double decker, had no choice at the last minute but to accept, broken toilet door and seats, very unfriendly driver who brought his own passenger alongwith. Totally and utterly bad experience. Lesson learned, always book with reputable companies and a void agents like SMC
