Doesn't listen and when asked her to cut a little shorter, her reply was NO that you needed to tell me only 1 time at the beginning and that's it. Even after repeatedly telling her to cut shorter while she was cutting, she doesn't listen. Finished up and then argued about the posted rate, clearly advertised $15 haircut, no elaboration of senior or specific. Telling me it was a senior rate even though advertised did not mention it. Very rude. User's recommendation: Go to Annie or Ha instead if going to this location, never had issues with them. Do not go to Tahira.
