Avoid if you can!

I complained here some months ago, received the same email I have seen here from Stephanie promising that Express Scripts would call me back, and got absolutely no reach out. I have since had another problem on another script that it took a month to sort out...blaming my doctor for lack of a renewal, even when my doctor produced a copy of the script.
