I chased the furniture store for months for repair. No service. I then contacted the repair center that they outsource to. They charged me $120 to look at it. Then they told me it was $415 to restuff I seat on my couch. My warranty says I have to pay for labor. Flexsteel says the dont warranty parts anymore. My written warranty say they pay for parts. What a rip-off. Avoid these guys
