Original review posted by user Dec 18, 2019 Granted Fandango gift card from other redemption site (Disney Rewards) but card is not valid for any theaters in my area. No help on their site, cannot refund my redemption points. Total waste of my time. Furthermore, the "Service fee" for purchasing tickets from their site is outrageous. Better off buying tickets at the theater!
