I have contacted HockeyMonkey because I did not receive my order. I have purchased a bag from them and after a month of waiting I've decided to ask for a refund. They replied that my order was sent a long time ago and they had no idea what happened to it. They asked me to wait a bit longer and I agreed. Well, I've waited but nothing arrived so I asked for a refund and they said they don't do refund and said they'll sent me another bag. Seemed like a great deal so I agreed. Another month passed and nothing. When I contacted HockeyMonkey again they said the same thing. Refund? No. Never got my money back!
