I purchased a 4" RESTORER Model#PXRA2676 KIT. From Woodcrafters in Parkersburg, WV approximately three months ago, however, the machine was not used or unpacked until today, Jan. 3, 20120. In attempting to snap in place the Roller end cover, the cover would not properly latch in place. Upon the fourth attempt, directions were read prior to attempting to install sleeve. The small latch catch on the roller end cove broke off. Upon close examination, I concluded that this present design it of poor quality and not suitable for a quality wood working power tool. When I called the toll free customer support line (888) 848-**** I receive the continuous message of "We will be with you shortly" FIFTEEN (15) times. I have been involved with wood working for sixty-five (65), fifty-six of which has been as an educator, designer, and builder. I have previously purchased Porter Cable Shop tools. Any product is not better than customer service. Listening to a continuous message., "We Will Be With You Shortly," is not the reply I expect to receive. I purchased this item on the basis of a review in Fine Woodwork, I will give a more in depth of future reviews, especially to Porter-Cable power tools. Sincerely, Hurford H.
