Avoid at all cost. Owner’s manual is gibbrish, excludes ANY information on operating the remote control.

Outside unit vibrates and blows air, nothing can be gotten out of the inside unit. Remote control has no effect on it. " "Troubleshooting" section of manual has no effect. Piece of junk, confirmed by the other comments here.
