Update by user Jan 24, 2020 No Original review posted by user Jan 23, 2020 My teenage daughter signed up for ResumeNerd in May 2019 to help find a summer job although she lacked the Legal Capacity to sign any contract. She uploaded her resume and then forgot about it. She entered her debit card information because she thought her total charge was $1.75. She did not know she would be charged a monthly fee of $24.75. Emails from Resumenerd went into her spam folder and we didn't realize she had been charged a total of $148.50 until last week! I called Resume Nerd and they agreed to only partially refund her despite the fact that she barely, if at all, used their service to improve her resume or job search. . ResumeNerd is just another online scam taking advantage of and price-gauging those who are desperate to find employment.
