as a long term user of AVG products i have to send you a letter of complaint. I subscribed to AVG unlimited at a cost of £49.99 only to find that i have not been connected and consequently had no protection. I contacted online support and chatted to Subhash on 19/12/17 who escalated my issues to "the senior team " and said it would take upto 10 days t o resolve. Gave me a ref number 5776861. As i am still not covered i contacted support again and spoke to Asha. Afetr ten minutes chatting she/he said i will escalate you to my "senior team" ! When i asked to be in contact with this team she/he refused to connect me and it would be sorted "soon" . I feel that two months is not "soon". I am very unhappy with the support team, however i have been happy with Avg anti virus malware protection. I appeal to you to endeavour to resolve my issues as soon as possible before my account is hacked or worse. Kind regards Mr Gathercole
