About a week ago, I tried AVG Anti Virus PRO for Android. Being of advanced age and some dexterity challenges, I requested a total refund of this service. We are not talking about big bucks here but if anybody else has thought this way AVG is making big bucks by nobody complaining. After purchasing the Upgrade, they sent a website string that was almost impossible for me to enter on my phone. Then they gave a 30 character activation code which also was a challenge to input. After 30 minutes had passed I finally had the input correct with multiple tries. The product failed to load and update basically blanking the screen. I have emailed three times and have not received a reply on how to load. I asked also for a refund also without a reply. Google also have no answers.
