Avangate order !!

I bought a product using Avangate services, My order has been placed as "pending" for 4 days, i Haven't got my Software, The software editor haven't got his money, And avangate support still don't answer to my 5 emails. I sent them 5 Emails and they don't want to reply, The order still "pending" and they don't want to accept my money. I called paypal and they confirmed me i made NOTHING wrong, NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
