I worked at Availity for a brief time and they don't give a *** about their customers. They use old technology that could be improved, but when making the suggestion you are shot down and threatened with termination if you don't like their application. I suggested they update their app and they said that their customers were too stupid for them to update their app, so they will keep running older technology that is way out of date. It was not a good company to work for and I am sure it's a horrible company to do business with.
