Availability of part

On 14 February my Defy mirror finish DB0468 double oven (multifunction gourmet) ' s bottom door outer glass shattered. Since then I have been trying to find the part or at least a replacement door, I don't even care of it is even mirror finish, just looking for a door. Lategan van Biljoens in Pretoria has been trying to assist but also with no luck, I am very disappointed, I bought defy as I believe in the product, but seriously - WHY IS THIS PART NOT OBTAINABLE???
