Commander sent text to Auxiliary President barring all the officers ho attended a state conference citing a "division" problem. Everyone in Auxiliary was invited to go. Three members said possibly but later said no due to other engagements or home life issues. Bartender who is an Auxiliary member is one who declined but later complained to Commander that she and other two were left out. This was not the truth but Commander lets bartender run the Legion as Ms American Legion and what she says is Law. Auxiliary meets elsewhere and has completed their programs, added members, and recently had a successful fund raiser. Commander says we still cannot come to Legion. This has been going on for a year. Department has not done anything to resolve this issue. We do not even have a District President to report to. Bartenders should not be members. Conflict of interest.
