Automotive loan

2

On 11/21/2015, Santander approved me for a car loan with 25% interest. The dealership never verified my income before allowing me to leave with the car. I have paid 81 payments of $831.00 and I still owe $27, 000 on a car that is now only worth $2500. I have repeatedly asked Santander to work with me in lowering this interest and re modifying the loan. I was close to repossession this month but recently set up a payment to keep it out of foreclosure. I can provide copies of my credit reports with all sufficient dates and payment history for past 5 years. I am requesting: 1. The remaining balance of my loan be forgiven. 2. All negative credit reporting be removed from my payment history. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please advise Ruth Demshick
