Automatic Transfer of Service transfer to new Tenant

Hello I am a Landlord, owner of 1817 Ironton Dr. Oxon Hill, Md. I am enrolled in the automatic service, therefore I need to know did my gas transfer to my new tenant(Maria Quick) effective 10/1/2020. Please advise via email since it is so difficult to reach your office. In regards to the above, I have been trying to reach your company for 1 week to No Avail. The hold time says 30 minutes but really is longer. Therefore, I could not hold any longer and had to hang up. Washington Gas needs to establish the Call Back System. Thank you .
