Trend Micro placed my first order in auto renewal mode (by default). I was unaware until paypal informed me of the charges. The process to remove auto-renewal is almost impossible. So, I have requested cancellation of my order. Judging by historical complaints posted, Trend might come back to haunt me several years down the road, as I still am unable to delete the auto-renewal !!
