Signed up for SurveyMonkey and paid for my first month. One month later they charged my card without my permission! They never asked me did I want to renew my membership, was I interested in their service and etc. They just took my money as if that was nothing special! I contacted SurveyMonkey and told them that I had enough with one month to understand that SurveyMonkey wasn't for me and asked them to cancel my membership. They promised to do that but never did! How did I found out about that? Well, that's very simple, next month I got another charge! These people are scammers!! I want them to stop stealing my money!
