Auto payment issues

I find this "institution" frustrating as their web services are so hit and miss, customer service that cannot resolve an issue, what seems a bait and switch process that continually results in late charges, third party collection over months of continued contacts on why they cannot seem to get the auto pay issues correct, they seem to love to reverse payments to an account without simply notifying the payer... they continue to blame the customer without adequately troubleshooting and presenting a solution... they seem unwilling to really serve the customer... it feels almost like a racketeering scheme to get more out of a customer... User's recommendation: MAKE SURE your electornic transactions go through! They seem to have issues with auto pay with serveral major banks and will not notify you if a payment does not go through until after, that is after you incur late fees and have to pay a third party payment fee...
