Auto Payment but no confirmation and onlt US mail contact for them

I went to the https://www.capitalone.com/ website to setup Auto pay for my monthly credit card payment. I answered all the questions and entered my bank's routing number and my account number, etc. I got a popup message saying, "we cannot setup auto pay on a debit card" for some unknown reason and then exited back to my account. I tried to find something that would verify that Auto pay was now setup, but setup on User's recommendation: You can only contact them by phone or mail. They make money charging Late Fees so watch out!
