Went in for an auto loan at brite star. Was told I would have to get permission since the car was a 2007 they only finance as far back as 2008. The rep said she would ask for permission. Permission was granted for days but did the rep call me back? No! I went back to the branch several days later to check since no call back. Rep says oh yeah it's been pre approved. Tells me to get the copies she needs. Get the copies no phone answer wouldn't even see me when I went to branch. I then told her I have another offer from another company for the loan code to rate she quoted. Never called me back the next day or even the day after that to at least even fight for my business. This bank is terrible.
