Auto delivery? They let us run out of fuel and 30 hours later we’re still waiting

Update by user Jan 08, 2018 Contacted Petro's customer service again and was told that we'll have to wait until tomorrow in spite of their numerous promises to deliver today. (Seriously, Petro? We're talking about simple scheduling here... it's not rocket science!) They didn't even have have the decency to call to let us know that we'll be spending another night without heat. This company just doesn't care. Original review posted by user Jan 08, 2018 Noticed the tank was very low and called Petro yesterday morning. They promised delivery today (1/8/18). But unfortunately we ran out of oil during the night. (I should add that this should not have happened in the first place, as we are on auto-delivery!) Anyway, we've made numerous phone calls, begged them to make an emergency delivery, waited around all day, and NO RESULT. It's been 30 hours since we made that first call. They just didn't show up. No apologies, explanations or anything. They made a mistake but we're the ones suffering for it. It's completely inexcusable. Thanks for putting your customers first, Petro!
