Rather than pay for total loss, medical bills, and damage to property commerce decided to sue us. My son was driving my vehicle and was listed on policy. They claimed he was not. We got a lawyer to counter sue for triple damage plus his fee. Before court, they dropped suit against us but not going to pay our losses. Should I get another lawyer and pursue issue adding pain&suffering defamation of character fraudulent practice and whatever else I am potentially entitled to?
