I pay more to Comcast to have your channel Now Im having big problems and the person I finally contacted told me that I would have to get in touch with Hall mark. I have NEVER in all of my years with Comcast have I ever been told to get in touch with one of their clients to resolve an issue. The worst part is that getting a hold of Hallmark is a joke!!! I just need this Hallmark issue fixed! Here I sit watching a Hallmark Christmas movie and the same thing is happening. User's recommendation: Don’t pay more for Hallmark!
