Audible is illegally taking money for my cancelled account

I cancelled my membership since last year, but audible is still collecting money from my bank account. I need my money to be refunded and please delete me from your membership. Update: I got a mail from audible that the customer service will contact me within one business day but I have not heard from them since. User's recommendation: Do not register with audible because you cannot cancel or delete any Card you register with them.
