Attitudes and Lies

I have had rate increases and lies about exact bill amounts. I have stayed with Cox for 15 years as I have no other cable choice. Now I am researching Roku and also other providers for internet. This company acts like pirates as they have not had any competition and can charge what they please. Im Done. User's recommendation: Just go Roku.
