Attitude of technician and dishwasher latch

I was scheduled for service on 12/9 between 8a and 12 noon to fix the latch on the dishwasher door (2nd time the latch wont work). I called GE at 11:30 to ask where the technician was. They confirmed my appointment and was told someone would get back to me. The technician called me at 12:45p and when I expressed my dissatisfaction because he is already late, he tells me the service appointment was for the afternoon and he wasnt going to come because I was upset. I guess I hurt his fragile feelings. Now I have to wait until December 24th!! User's recommendation: Don’t buy e GE Profile dishwasher. Don’t get upset if you have spent the day waiting for someone to show up.
