I have buying Cici pizza since my children were 3 to 5 years old, and now they are 22 to 26 years And, First pizza that I have known at cooper street and Mayfield Drive, Arlington, Texas. Through the time, Cici Pizza became a get go place where consumers and don't feel secure to eat, and rough and high school attitude of workers. It doesn't seems like that there is no leaderships exists in Cici's pizza. However, I have so bad experiences with Cici's pizza work group than any others such as Dominos Pizza Hut, Pappa John's and others. Last few weeks, I have pitching more outside foods because of construction in my house and giving Cici ‘s Pizza to buy from them. Last two to three days, I have ordering Cici's pizza located at 360 Hwy and Green oak . And, usually my order, two large one topping pizza along with a cinimon role, which is advertised on the board as $14.99, for pepperoni pizza, but Cici's always charge an extra dollar because of Spanish choice, which did have a problem pay an extra dollar. However, when I called, there were too much background noise, and attendant will not understand because of language barrier or else. I requested Manager, who was Mr. Daniel which he rough and unpleasant over the phone. I placed the and went pick at store where they we're charging $22 plus. I requested Manager Daniel who came verbally unprofessional, and demanded to show the receipt what I paid yesterday. He was charging me approximately $18.00, which I did not have a problem to pay, but Mr. Daniel tone of conducting businesses with repeated customer was not acceptable. I asked him that I bought yesterday and you can check in your system. He said doesn't have a time for me. Basically, he was accusing me any sort of taking advantage. I did not like his conversation and I left pizza and left and went to Other Pizza place to buy where my family was for the dinner. I am not looking for any compensation, but looking forward to someone give teach and counseling how to conduct business professionally and politely.
