A man driving a green Chevrolet Traverse and applying/removing boots and wearing a PPE Uniform needs a lesson in manners, communication, and customer service. I had no idea why his vehicle was stopped in the exit lane, so I stopped behind it. He came around and demanded that I back up. As I complied, he ordered me to go around his car. I protested his demands, and he said that I was going to "get somebody booted". WHAT?!?! That's nuts!
