Attempted to obtain closure to a purchase of a pair of shoes. In the box wrapped one a size 7 the other a 8 1/2.

Spoke to customer service after being rudely addressed at store in Harahan. However, spoke to three people and all were pleasant. No one ever got back to me. User's recommendation: Shoes are great. Staff at customer service polite. No resolution of problem.
