Attempted to charge for something that should have been free.

"For Eyes": Sold Lauren Hutton endorsed eyeglasses. When the glasses were returned for repair, they made the repair, however, after they returned the glasses, a few weeks later the frame broke. I believe it was due to their mishandling while they were in for repair. Now they want $50.00 to repair what I feel was their error. They totally disregard their endorsers reputation. They don't care! So, needless to say I'll never purchase another pair of glasses from them. I'll also give them bad reviews to all my friends and relatives. I purchase a new pair of glasses annually! I also sell products to consumers for a very well known company and I I'm in homes on a daily bases. Guess who gets bad reviews?
