BEWARE of purchasing anything online through Steve’s blinds, their computer system is faulty, and you will be sent dozens of blinds at an incorrect size, and the company will do ABSOLUTELY nothing to send you the right ones or give you a refund. I had to get in touch with my bank to dispute the charge that took several days, customer service will speak over you while you’re speaking and will NOT listen to you. They will bluntly tell you to figure out what you’re going to do with the incorrect blinds, she actually told me to “ sell them” They will do absolutely nothing to help you and will refuse to believe that the error was on their end, I ordered a 32 x 40 window blind for a small window above the sink, and 11 same size blinds 30x55 for the rest of the main level, I was sent -12- 32 x 40‘s, so I was stuck with 12 small window blinds that I can do absolutely nothing with they will not return them they will not refund me, beware of this company , order at your own risk, should you get the correct size, you’re lucky! But if you get sent the wrong size, understand that you’re stuck with them. The woman I spoke to was horrible, I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. they order their blinds from secondary manufacturers and for that reason they cannot help you if you have a error or ANY issue. you will be stuck with a massive bill & a dozen blinds that you can do absolutely nothing with. If you’re lucky you can dispute the charge and get a refund that way, in terms of getting one through customer service FORGET ABOUT IT. I’m writing this review to warn other customers, I am a professional in the interior design industry, and I have never ever run into this type of issue with any company, I am absolutely shocked.
