Atrocious at best

This bank is absolute garbage. I took out an auto loan with them, which I sincerely regret. First, getting set up on auto pay was a massive pain in the *** it took me four months and I had to speak with five different people. Each time I'd submit the information via mail, because they don't have an online set up, and each time they would find some nitpicky reason not to do it. "Oh, you didn't include your bank's statement." "Why do you need it?" "So we can have the routing number." "But the routing number is right there! It's on the form I filled out!" So I have to send it AGAIN. This time, they couldn't set me up on autopay because I didn't have a written statement from my bank saying it was okay. (When I went to my bank about this, they were absolutely baffled) Then someone lost the paperwork. And each time I'd submit this, they would not give any notification whatsoever on whether or not my latest attempt had been successful. So the first time I tried submitting the form, they didn't set me up on autopay, didn't tell me, and then charged me a late fee when I didn't mail in the payment that I had assumed would be drafted from my account automatically. And normally, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I changed insurance providers, they cancelled my autodraft and didn't tell me until they were calling to find out why I hadn't paid yet. They could have sent a letter, or, if they had any kind of online infrastructure, sent an email, or called. But it seems to me that they find excuses not to draft the account so they can then charge a $40 late fee. This bank is awful, shady, and terrible. If I could give negative stars, I would.
