I tried to take out cash against my Forex card from one of your ATMs on May 17th 2019 in Mohegan. I chose to withdraw 400$ from the machine and was asked to pay additional 29.95. I accepted the transaction fee and total amount deducted from my account was 429.95. In the end , it displayed invalid account and I didn't receive the cash. I was told at the cashier counter that amount will be credited back to my account . When I asked my bank, they said that the money was settled and transferred to the merchant account after two days.
