I went to my college (Mumbai college of Arts Commerce and Science)to fill a ATKT form for Sem 5 for Bsc IT. on 2 sept 2011 there were no forms in the college and when the vice principle spoke to a guy called Chaudhary in the mumbai university he said that the forms and not sent to print yet and he said that it doesnt matter but still we will take fine of Rs 100 from students as a late submission fees..and when i objected he said that if u want to save Rs 100, u can go to university to fill the form. This is pathetic. and this is not accepted. After all this, when I filled the form for Sem 6 on 26 th of Aug, 2011 I am informed on 2nd of sep that my form has been rejected and u will have to pay more Rs 100 for late form subbmission for sem 6. If i never had to give anything to do with this ### university I would like to kill the people whi run this university.
